Studio

This unit is situated in the attic on the 4th floor. The romantic studio apartment offers a high quality king-sized bed in the gallery. There is a sofa in the living area which can be set-up as an additional small bed. The stylish kitchenette is fully equipped. Roof top view.

Two-Bedroom Apartment

This is our biggest unit and is suitable for up to 6 guests. The main bedroom comes with two double king-sized beds and has a picturesque view of the Ljubljanica river from the fourth floor. The smaller bedroom offers two single beds. The third main room is a small kitchen with a table.

Double Room

Our cheapest unit on the third floor can accommodate up to 3 guests. The room with a magnificent view of the promenade and Ljubljanica river offers a king-sized double bed and a sofa as an additional bed, if needed.
The room can be used as a single unit or joined to room 4 and used as a unit for up to seven guests with two bathrooms.

Triple Room

Room 4 on the 3rd floor is suitable for 2 to 4 guests. The room with a beautiful view of the promenade and the Ljubljanica river offers 2 king-sized double beds. The room can be used as a single unit or joined to room 3 and used as a unit for up to 7 guests with 2 bathrooms.

Deluxe Double Room

Three units are available on the 1st and 2nd floor. The rooms with a magnificent view of the promenade and Ljubljanica river offer a king-sized double bed.
Modern design. High ceiling.

Deluxe Double Room with Balcony

Located on the 1st floor and is the only unit with a balcony which overlooks the promenade and the Ljubljanica river. Comfortable king-size double bed. Modern room design. High ceiling.

The medieval looking staircase in our old townhouse will bring you to your chosen apartment or room in the heart of the historic part of Ljubljana. Right above the promenade, we can offer you a relaxing stay and good night’s sleep.

All apartments and rooms come with an LCD TV and air-conditioning.

All units come with ensuite bathrooms, complimentary toiletries and a hairdryer. Linen is changed on guests’ request. We offer our guests a kettle, tea and chocolates.

Pets are welcome. Free wireless Internet access is available in all units.

All units are non-smoking.

Facilities

General: Reception is open from 10:00 to 20:00. All prices are per room per night and do not include the tourist taxes. Lost key costs 10 EUR.

Services: LCD TV, air-conditioning, bathroom, complimentary toiletries, hairdryer, washing machine in the common area, linen changed on request, welcome pack – tea, chocolates.

Internet: Free Wi-Fi in all units.

Parking: Since we are located in a non-traffic zone in the city centre, we unfortunately do not have our own parking place. The nearest parking is a garage under the Congress Square. It is located right across the river from us, just two or three minutes away on foot. It costs about 39 EUR per day (1.2 EUR per hour for the first 3 hours, then 2.4 EUR per hour; from midnight until 7 am the night parking costs 1.8 EUR). Another nearby option that is much less expensive (about 5 minutes’ walk) is the NUK parking on Emonska cesta 4. It is an outside parking that costs 17 EUR per day (1.2 EUR per hour and 1.8 EUR per night between 7pm and 7am). 

Parking on the streets is payable depending on the parking zone. Parking in zone 1 costs 0.80 EUR/h (limited to 2 or 4 hours) and is payable on weekdays, 7 am – 7 pm and on Saturdays from 7 am – 3 pm. Parking in zone 2 costs 0.60 EUR/h (limited to 6 hours) and is payable only on weekdays, 7am – 5pm. Please note that parking is only allowed where there are white lines on the ground! Blue lines usually mean a strict parking time limit and yellow lines are reserved for residents with special permission. You can see where the mentioned parking zones are in the link below. The red area is zone 1, blue zone 2 and the green area is zone 3.

Cancellation / Prepayment: If canceled or modified up to 14 days before arrival, no fee will be charged. If canceled or modified later, 100 percent of the first night will be charged. In case of no-show, the total price of the reservation will be charged.

Children and extra beds: Children under 12 as additional guests are free of charge. An extra children’s bed is available.
